Order Fulfillment & Refund Policy
Order Fulfillment Policy ("Fulfillment") & Refund Policy Last updated: 1/1/2022 Please read these terms carefully before using the https://www.superfitnutrition.org website (the "Service") operated by Super Fit Nutrition ("us", "we", or "our"). Orders will be fulfilled every week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Any order placed prior to Saturday midnight will receive their order starting on the following Monday. Any orders placed after Saturday midnight will be fulfilled the next week on Monday. Orders are fulfilled as requested by the consumers' purchase and as described on our website and in the informational emails we send out twice weekly prior to the pickup and delivery days. We provide details via text when your order is delivered between the allotted time frame (4-8pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). Any discrepancies in retrieval of purchased items once left by our delivery person is beyond our responsibilities and liability. Refunds will be considered on a case to case basis. It is the consumers' responsibility to notify Super Fit Nutrition if they would like their subscription placed on hold prior to being charged every Saturday morning. Failure to do so will result in your card being charged. A refund may be issued if the consumer provides notification prior to preparation of the meals ("Product") on Monday morning. No refunds will be given if we are not notified prior to preparation. All communication is sent via email provided by consumer with details about delivery and pickup the day before. All meals not picked up are disposed of within 2 days of preparation. Super Fit Nutrition is not liable for meals not picked up or immediately refrigerated upon delivery. A text message confirmation to the phone number provided by said consumer is sent to ensure notification of delivery and reception of delivered product. No refunds will be issued for these scenarios. Super Fit Nutrition will do it's best to come to a conclusion and resolve all issues on a case to case basis. Please contact us with any questions.
Subscription Information & Policies
Super Fit Nutrition provides a subscription option for consumers to purchase. This option is a subscription in which automatically renews every Saturday for the same amount in which the original order was purchased for. This renewal is strictly a convenient way for consumers to receive continuous meal preps without having to place an order every week. Super Fit Nutrition has also incorporated a discounted rate for consumers who subscribe. The subscription may be edited at any time from the consumers account by clicking “My Account” at the top of our website and logging in with the username and password that the consumer made upon creation. The subscription may also be edited by reaching out to us on any platform and requesting such changes. Subscriptions may be placed on hold for any undetermined amount of time with no penalty if the subscription is anticipated to resume. Consumers may cancel their subscription at any time thereafter with no penalty if they were subscribed for more than two (2) weeks in duration. Any subscription cancelled after one (1) week of receiving meals to benefit from the discounted rate will then be charged the full price weekly rate after cancellation. The subscription is meant to reward consumers with a discounted rate for committing long-term. Super Fit Nutrition reserves the right to charge the credit card on file the remaining balance. We will do our best to communicate this update with consumers and consider case by case.

Subscriptions Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring weekly basis every Saturday. If you do not wish to receive the requested service for any such week, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to the subscription renewal payment on Saturdays or log into your account to edit your subscription.
